Easy online ordering with Marengo via PayPal
Our website allows you to pay online through PayPal with, for instance, a credit card or debit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay this way.
The webpage for each item has 'Add to Cart' buttons and a 'View Cart' button.
If you do not wish to pay online through PayPal, your (only) other option is to send a cheque (UK customers only) - see below.
There are various options for despatch to the UK and for despatch to most of Europe and to Australia/Canada/New Zealand/USA. Please choose the appropriate button for your order destination.
Please do not email your credit card or debit card details direct to us.
We cannot take card transactions over the phone.
We do not stock books for retail at our Hunstanton address.
We do not despatch to PO Box addresses.
Make your cheque payable
to the one word 'MARENGO'. Enclose a note with your name, address and postcode clearly written, stating which item(s) you require. Post the cheque to the Hunstanton address below. Please do not staple cheques.
Our bank will not accept cheques payable to Marengo Books, Malinger Publishers, Maringoo Press, Meringue Publications, etc!
A cheque can take around two weeks, from the date you post it, to the payment clearance enabling us to despatch the order.
All items, except Plant Checklists which are printed to order, are
currently in stock unless specified otherwise on individual book pages on this website.
When we receive notification from PayPal of your order, we will send you an email advising the despatch date and confirming your delivery address.
Email us here before you order, if you wish to know the date your order would be despatched.
Plant checklists are made to order, so take twentyfour hours extra to despatch.
All of our Plant Checklists are printed to order, and we do not give refunds for these items. Please double check that you are correctly ordering the item you require.
We are prepared to give refunds on the Walk Books and Maps, but only if the item(s) are returned to us in sufficiently good condition that they can be resold. Refunds will not cover the cost of your posting the item back to us, and are subject to a deduction of our original postal costs.
Any refunds will be made via PayPal or by cheque, depending on how the original payment to us was made.
When you make payments to us via PayPal, we do not receive any of your credit/debit card details from PayPal other than whether or not your delivery address matches the registered address for the card.
You do not need cookies enabled in order to view all the Marengo components of this website. Marengo does not track or record your web movements after leaving this site.
However, our website has Google adverts which may use interest-based advertising. This means that the adverts Google shows you may be selected on the basis of the subject matter of those web pages with Google adverts that you have visited previously.
